No. Air conditioner disassembly and assembly is a process that requires a certain level of expertise and should not be done by anyone other than an authorized service.

4) Do you assemble and disassemble white goods?
All white goods can be installed. Simple installations are made regarding installation. (Connections that do not require expertise, such as water and electricity connections)

6) Are your shipments insured?
Yes, our shipments are protected by general insurance during loading, unloading, storage and road transfer.

7) Do you have a personalized insurance policy?
Yes, there is. It is done for products that cannot be protected under general insurance (valuable instruments, paintings, antiques, 80 inch and above TVs, etc., high value products) or on a special request basis. There is a premium payment of 3% of the total value.

8) Do you make international deliveries with your own staff and vehicles?
All our road transports are carried out with our own vehicles and personnel. In air and sea transports, we carry out deliveries with our reliable and experienced partners in the sector.

9) How does the moving process take place?
- Submission of offer and mutual signing,
- Paying a 20% deposit to the company account,
- Preparation of customs documents,
- Pickup of the goods from the loading address,
- Completing the customs procedures of the goods and sending them on their way,
- Paying the remaining balance,
- Completing the customs opening procedures of the destination country,
- Delivery of the goods to the delivery address

10) How do you transport suits and evening dresses?
- We have hanging boxes for your items that need to be carried on hangers.
- Your white goods and furniture are carried out by wrapping them in thick patpat air nylon.
- Your fragile items (kitchen supplies and accessories etc.) are wrapped in craft paper and boxed. We also have plastic boxes if you prefer.
- Your items that are more suitable to be carried without being disassembled in a console style are packaged by taking protective measures (angle iron etc.) to prevent damage to the corners before being wrapped in thick patpat.
